All inspections are performed by or directly supervised by Jason [Last], a Michigan-licensed asbestos inspector. Our reports meet all Michigan Act 135 documentation requirements.
Which inspection do you need?
Required by Michigan Act 135 before any renovation that disturbs building materials. We identify and sample all suspect ACMs in the renovation scope. Written report with lab results and abatement recommendations.
Full building survey required before demolition. All suspect ACMs identified, sampled, and quantified. EGLE notification documentation included.
Targeted inspection of a specific material or area — a basement floor, an attic, a single room. Ideal when you already know what you're looking at and just need lab confirmation.
Pre-purchase or pre-listing inspection. Identifies known ACMs, documents condition, and provides a risk assessment. Useful for buyers, sellers, and real estate attorneys.
From scheduling to written report
We discuss what you're renovating, what materials are present, and what the inspection needs to cover.
